Hi, I’m Julia, the founder of UVChef.

This is probably the part where I’m supposed to tell you how much I love cooking.

And honestly? Yes, I do. But not every single day.

Some days cooking feels inspiring. Other days it’s just another thing on the to-do list between work, family, and life. But one thing has never changed for me: I care deeply about the health of the people I love.

I want my family to live long, healthy, energetic lives. I want us to feel good, think clearly, have strength for big dreams and even the small everyday moments that matter most.

And over time, I realized something surprising:

Healthy food alone isn’t always enough.

For years, I focused on buying good ingredients. Fresh vegetables. Quality meat. Balanced meals. My salads looked healthy. My steak dinners looked healthy. But I still didn’t always feel as energized and vibrant as I thought I should.

That curiosity led me deep into researching food safety and kitchen hygiene — and what I discovered honestly shocked me.
